The majority of our clients dispatch their goods direct to customer (D2C) using trusted day-to-day couriers. Smaller items are often sent through Royal Mail, while larger parcels are commonly delivered by DPD.
Our customers sell through a range of channels, whether through their own ecommerce website or online retailers such as Amazon and Shopify. Thanks to our warehouse management system, we can integrate with multiple platforms so that when an order is placed, it is sent straight through to our system for the team to process.
We can also connect with platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Blu Jay and Wowcher, helping clients manage fulfilment across multiple sales channels.
Not all products stored at Bray Solutions can be sent using standard day-to-day couriers.
Some items are much larger and require palletised delivery instead. To support this, we are ideally located near three local hauliers who help us manage larger and more complex deliveries efficiently.
This gives our clients greater flexibility, especially when they deal with oversized goods or need a more specialist transport solution.
For products purchased through larger retailers such as Amazon and TK Maxx, goods need to be delivered business to business (B2B) rather than direct to the customer.
This is where our dedicated Distribution Centre team comes in.
B2B orders follow strict guidelines to make sure they are accepted at the retailer’s goods-in point. For example, each individual box must have the correct label, and the finished pallet must also be labelled accurately. Even a small labelling mistake could lead to returned pallets and fines being issued.
To avoid this, our team follows a strict process to ensure our clients’ goods are picked, packed and dispatched correctly. We also make sure orders are sent in line with the booking-in time slots allocated by the retailer.
