Bray Solutions works with businesses across a wide range of sectors, helping them store, manage and distribute products efficiently as they grow.
From children’s prams and car seats to outdoor furniture, garden accessories, coffee products and dog food, we support clients with very different product ranges and operational needs. This flexibility allows us to work with businesses of all sizes and across multiple industries.
Because we hold BRC Storage & Distribution certification, we can also support clients in the food and beverage sector, giving even more businesses access to reliable, compliant warehousing and distribution services.
At Bray Solutions, we want to do more than simply store products. We want to help businesses scale with confidence by providing the space, systems and support they need to grow.
Key Takeaways
We’re proud to work with a wide variety of clients specialising in many different sectors.
Products moving through our warehouse include everything from children’s prams and car seats to large outdoor furniture, garden accessories, coffee products and dog food. This broad product mix reflects the flexibility of our operation and our ability to tailor our service to each client’s requirements.
As Kyle Arberry explains, “We’re proud to work with such a wide variety of clients specialising in many different sectors.”
One of the key advantages Bray Solutions offers is our BRC Storage & Distribution certification.
This certification means we can work with businesses in the food and beverage sector, giving clients confidence that their products are being stored and handled in line with recognised industry standards. It also broadens the range of businesses we can support, allowing us to work with brands that require a compliant warehousing partner.
Storage and workspace are not a problem at Bray Solutions.
We currently occupy 150,000 sqft of warehouse space, with the opportunity to expand further through wider group availability of more than 1,000,000 sqft. This means we are well placed to support both current stock levels and future growth.
For businesses planning to scale, this is especially important. As order volumes increase, having a logistics partner with the capacity to grow alongside you can make expansion far easier to manage.
Because we work with such a diverse range of clients and products, we need to make sure goods can be dispatched through a variety of channels.
The majority of our clients dispatch their goods direct to customer (D2C) using trusted day-to-day couriers. Smaller items are often sent through Royal Mail, while larger parcels are commonly delivered by DPD.
Our customers sell through a range of channels, whether through their own ecommerce website or online retailers such as Amazon and Shopify. Thanks to our warehouse management system, we can integrate with multiple platforms so that when an order is placed, it is sent straight through to our system for the team to process.
We can also connect with platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Blu Jay and Wowcher, helping clients manage fulfilment across multiple sales channels.
Not all products stored at Bray Solutions can be sent using standard day-to-day couriers.
Some items are much larger and require palletised delivery instead. To support this, we are ideally located near three local hauliers who help us manage larger and more complex deliveries efficiently.
This gives our clients greater flexibility, especially when they deal with oversized goods or need a more specialist transport solution.
For products purchased through larger retailers such as Amazon and TK Maxx, goods need to be delivered business to business (B2B) rather than direct to the customer.
This is where our dedicated Distribution Centre team comes in.
B2B orders follow strict guidelines to make sure they are accepted at the retailer’s goods-in point. For example, each individual box must have the correct label, and the finished pallet must also be labelled accurately. Even a small labelling mistake could lead to returned pallets and fines being issued.
To avoid this, our team follows a strict process to ensure our clients’ goods are picked, packed and dispatched correctly. We also make sure orders are sent in line with the booking-in time slots allocated by the retailer.
At Bray Solutions, we want to grow alongside every client we work with.
That means providing not only the storage space needed today, but also the ability to increase capacity as your business expands. Whether you are shipping direct to consumers, supplying retailers or managing multiple sales platforms, we aim to be a logistics partner that can support you at every stage.
As Kyle Arberry says, “We hope to grow alongside each of our clients, which means the increase of the storage capacity.”
