In support of the warehouse operation, we also have teams working in client administration who look after our customers’ needs. We also have a Logistics team who arrange the transport for inbound/outbound deliveries. In addition to these, we have teams in Compliance, Sales, Accounts and IT.

Whilst previous experience for these opportunities is welcomed, we will provide full training in your new role. There are strong opportunities for growth, and the pace of change encourages personal and professional development. At Bray Solutions, it’s not just a job; it’s a career.

Bray Solutions is a very professional and friendly environment to work in where no two days are the same. This keeps me focused and always learning.
I first started picking and packing in the warehouse in 2017. I then moved into the stock control & goods-in team, where I learned lots of key processes. This later helped me become more of a leader within the team. After gaining 2 years of experience working in that department, I then moved into the logistics team where I broadened my knowledge of yet another area of the business. I now work closely with the Commercial Manager, looking after new and current clients.
